Psycon

Psycon is an amnesiac android of unknown origin that has inexplicable psionic powers. He's polite and optimistic, but a total pushover with no pride and zero will of his own. The vast majority of his special abilities -- which range from trivial to pretty amazing -- are locked and require a manual button press to activate, and for whatever reason, he can’t (or won’t?) activate his own buttons.
